About Franklin, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Franklin is a lovely town rich in history and overflowing with charm. It is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to amenities like malls, museums and more. There is even a small college in town. It is beautiful to behold in the spring when the flowers are blooming all around the stunning historical buildings. If you choose to visit, you will likely never want to leave.

In Franklin, you will find the Johnson County History Museum. It is filled with local history and is a wonderful museum for such a small town. A visit to the museum would be a wonderful way to spend a cold Indiana winter’s day. If you love history then you will not want to miss checking out Columbus where you will find seven buildings that are national historical landmarks in a town with just over 40,000 residents. You can’t walk a mile without stumbling upon something of cultural or historical value and the town even offers bus tours. If you visit in the warmer months, be sure to soak up the pleasant weather and explore the many green spaces of Columbus which were designed by some of the best-respected landscape architects in the world.

In the colder months, you might choose to take the short drive to Edinburgh. If you make it there, then you can’t miss the Edinburgh Outlet Mall for the national chain store products at discount prices. If you are looking for something a little more unique, you need to check out some of the specialty shops downtown. Not a big shopper? You must not miss the opportunity to take in a movie or a stage performance at the historic Pixy Theatre. Built in 1907, it was originally used as a Masonic Lodge and has taken on many other roles throughout the years.  It is truly a piece of town history worth checking out.
