About Hope, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Hope, Indiana is a charming town with a lovely historic character that makes it quaint and inviting.  With only 2,000 or so residents it is hardly a bustling metropolis but it is convenient to Indiana and Cincinnati.  This part of Indiana is just lovely, in general.  Many of the towns are older and the small town feel is absolutely irresistible to families. The seasonal weather in the area also makes it desirable to those who love to watch the weather change throughout the year.  Watch the snow fall on the stately brick buildings in the winter and sun yourself on the back deck in the summer.  What could be better?

The lovely little suburb is a community full helpful people with many cultural and historical ties to the area.  In the town you will find the Yellow Trail Museum as well as a captivating historic district with not just the expected brick buildings but also log cabins.  There is also the historic Simmons School right next to the current school.  The one-room school house was used in the 19th and early 20th century.  Events and reenactments are now held there.  There is also a Heritage Days Celebration held in September just as fall is creeping in and the summer heat is dwindling.  At this event, the residents celebrate the history of the community.

History buffs will be in heaven in this part of the country as this certainly not the only town with a rich and celebrated history. Just a short drive from Hope, Greenfield holds the Riley Festival each October to commemorate James Whitcomb Riley, a renowned poet born and raised in the town. In Franklin, you will find the Johnson County History Museum which is filled with local history and is a wonderfully kept and curated museum for such a small town.  History and architecture lovers, listen carefully, you will not want to miss Columbus where you will find seven buildings that are national historical landmarks that are all beautiful and of great historical and cultural significance as well as having been designed by some of the greatest architects of all time. If you visit in the warmer months, be sure to soak up the pleasant weather and explore the many green spaces of Columbus. They are more than just parks but were also designed and built by many well-respected landscape architects.
